Come an enjoy a day of yoga with Fiona and Jane - an introduction to koshas. The koshas are the various levels of our being - physical, energy, mental and emotional. The day will include practice, theory and meditation. It will be held at Winchfield Village Hall (RG27 8BX) from 10 to 4p.m. and the cost is £35 for the day. Enquiries and booking to Jane, please. Meditation classesOn both the Tuesday and Thursday morning classes at Winchfield, yoga students have the option to stay on for another half an hour for a short meditation practice. You don't have to be experienced, just willing to give it a try! SUKHA YOGA CLUB at Fort Hill School.The last Sukha Yoga Club class for 2009 will be on 8th December 2009 - NO yoga on: 15th, 22nd and 29th December 2009. Dates for January Term 2010The Fort Hill class started back on 5th January 2010 and that 15 week term finishes on 27th April 2010. Mats and blocks for saleIf you practice yoga, it is best if you own your own non-slip mat and block. ![]() I also stock good quality blocks. I have two types of blocks available These are : Full blocks which are £3.50 each. Half blocks which are £2.50 They are made from light and durable polyethylene foam. Their dense quality means they are strong enough to support any posture. Ideal for Sukhasana (Simple Cross Legs) and Virasana (twist) (Hero Pose twist). Suitable for all. Most people also bring along a small blanket to keep warm during relaxation - an optional extra! I also sell eye pillows, which, some people find, improve their ability to relax.
